iClear16 Dual Coil XL Clearomiser - Change Atomiser

These are the steps to change the atomiser on a Rebuildable iClear16 Dual Coil XL Clearomiser;

1) First empty out any juice into a suitable clean container. A blunt syringe is perfect for sucking this up, and replacing afterwards.
This is optional, but you might want to clean the unit before going any further. Add some clean water and replace the mouthpiece, then give the unit a vigorous shake. Repeat as required.

2) Next Remove the base section by unscrewing in an anti-clockwise direction and remove from the body section. Take care to always grip by the metal banding and not by the clear tube as this may cause breakages.

3) Next hold the atomiser head and base section and twist apart from each other in an anti-clockwise direction.

4) Replace the atomiser and reassemble in reverse order, being careful to keep seals clean and take care with threads.

Take Care with seals: Observe seals and remove any dirt, hairs or other debris.

Take Care with threads: When bringing items together that have threads - back them up in reverse direction until they engage properly, before turning in correct direction to tighten. This will reduce the possibility of cross threading. Do not over tighten threads.
